Standard aircon servicing includes the cleaning of the air filters, blower wheel, drain pan, vents, louvers, unit’s panel, evaporator coil, checking of the drainage pipe for chokes and clogs, vacuum the drainage pipe and the overall air condition unit for any visible faults and loose parts.

Scope of Work:

• Cleaning of air filter, front panel & cover
• Cleaning of evaporating coil
• Cleaning of blower wheel
• Check and vacuum the drain pan
• Check and vacuum the drainage pipe to prevent water leakage
• Check and brush outdoor condenser coil
• Check and tighten loose parts
• Checking of gas pressure (if necessary)
• Checking of air conditioner’s operating conditions (operation of motor, blower fan, evaporator coil, fan coil, condensing coil condition)
• Detailed service report to be furnished after every checks

Aircon chemical cleaning is extensive servicing, which includes removing the cover of the air conditioner unit and cleaning the units with appropriate chemical products. There is no required dismantling of the fan coil unit for this, cleaning will be done in-situ with a tray to collect the residue.

Scope of Work:

• Disassembling the blower wheel.
• Chemical cleaning of evaporator coil.
• Chemical cleaning of blower fan wheel.
• Chemical cleaning of drain pan.
• Vacuuming/purging of drainage pipe.
• Checking of electrical wiring connections.
• Checking of all setting including thermostats and controls
• Checking of refrigerant gas pressure
• Topping up/refilling of refrigerant gas (if required).
• Test run the system
• Detailed service report to be furnished after every checks

Aircon chemical overhaul is an intensive cleaning of the units will involve complete dismantling from their mount. This is usually done when chemical wash is not able to remove the built-up in the airconditioners over years of usage and no regular maintenance was performed.

Scope of Work:

• Dismantle aircon unit for chemical cleaning
• Chemical cleaning of evaporator coil and filter
• Chemical cleaning of blower fan wheel
• Chemical cleaning of condensate drain pan
• Chemical cleaning of condensate water drainage system
• Chemical cleaning of blower, wheel and blade
• Checking of all electrical component
• Checking of all setting including thermostats and controls
• Lubricating of all moving parts
• Re-installation of aircon unit
• Vacuum the refrigerant system
• Top up refrigerant gas
• Test run the system

Air conditioning maintenance contract package includes 3 times a year aircon servicing (for a Tri-yearly contract) or 4 times a year aircon servicing (for a quarterly contract) at regular intervals.

Routine maintenance service not only helps your aircon unit to run more efficiently but also prolongs the life of your aircon and prevents any problems that may occur in the future.

The air conditioning maintenance inspection includes checking the motor, blower wheel, drain line (to prevent water leaking issues), evaporator coils, operating gas pressures and temperatures, the return and supply lines, refrigerant levels, connections and general checking of your air conditioning system.

This troubleshooting and repair service is an assessment performed when the unit cooling capacity decreases, becomes completely inactive, or breaks down the system.
This service helps to assess aircon unit status and advise the customer on the most economically viable solution.
Air conditioner problems and breakdown units vary. Therefore, we unable to offer an upfront definite price. For all Aircon repair service occurrences, our service technicians will come onsite to do an evaluation. Once the aircon problem has determined, the technicians will provide you with a quote for the repair cost. If you agree with the repair price, our technicians will start the repair service.

For all aircon repair service cases, we will schedule for our service technicians to come onsite to perform an assessment. Once the aircon problem can be determined, the technicians will provide you with the quotation for the repair cost. Should you agree with the repair pricing, our technicians will begin the repair service.
